My wife snd have been happy Melaleuca customers for 27 years (May 5 1995) have never ordered less than 75 points for most of that time and the health benefits have been amazing. We've enhanced many, many lives along the way.

We have been blessed financially as well. Paul & Linda 59 years together

The company and services was very good the products there's few item that i don't like for my face but no problem anymore because i can return it in 90days and change it. Overall... i am very satisfied.

Product issues with dish gel and tablets

Both of these products I was unhappy with. Does not clean dishes like my regular brand. I called and was happy with the response and how it was handled. This company really does want their customers to be satisfied! Thank you again!

Send Wrong Product and the return process sucks

They force wrong products on me. I have been a member for almost 2years yet they cannot judge the product to send to me based on my purchase history. They charged my account for the wrong products that they ORDERED themselves for me. Melaleuca return process is the worst in this world. Despite the fact that my account was charged for the wrong products, Melaleuca still want me to pay for the return of the wrong product that I did not order.

I do love the products, but can't afford the monthly requirement of 35 points which equals close to $100.

I do love a few of the products. IE: Laundry detergent, bathtub cleaner, liquid dishwasher soap, and essential oils. I just can NOT afford to buy 35 points of product each month, that is almost $100. and I don't usually need that much.

User's recommendation: You don't get the discount savings if you do not join to sell, but if you know someone that is selling, you will save a lot just purchasing through them instead of signing up.

I accidentally mailed a gift box to the wrong recipient and discovered the error immediately. I tried to cancel the order and resend it to the correct address but it was on a Sunday there was no recourse at that time. It took quite a while for me to straighten it out because the first agent I spoke to did not give me the best recommendation. When I called back with my concerns, those others I spoke to were very helpful.

HIDE INFORMATION

I thought by cancelling my membership completely it cancelled everything. I received a bill that just states "Melaleuca Renewal". When I called the main number, they claim it's for something totally different like coupons, etc. They refused to refund this amount even though I stated there is NOWHERE that states this is separate and apart from your membership...NOWHERE! So I called the credit card company stating it's a fraudulent charge, and I'm refusing to pay this.

User's recommendation: Do not get involved with this company. They hide much information regarding their company and how they operate. It's definitely a pyramid scheme like everything else. You don't make the $$$$ they claim you can make unless you're willing to work 24/7.....not part time.
